**Rate the Music: Week 29**
Hey, everyone. I don't have a whole lot of time to crank this one out so I'll just dive in. The late start should be a dead giveaway. Nonetheless, let's take a gander at Fear Factor from Donkey Kong Country which was last week's tune. Does it have what it takes to knock out Aquatic Ambience?

Aquatic Ambience retains its spot despite an impressive 7.75 outing from the challenger. It's pretty tough to crack that 8.0 barrier. Maybe the sequel will have better luck with its offerings?

A question for another time as we now target the number two spot. One-Winged Angel from Final Fantasy VII had an impressive run as number one before finally getting dethroned. Maybe another track can get it back on top? Here's Cosmo Canyon from the same game....

Speaking as someone who has no context for it, I will say that the song has a soothing and relaxing feeling to it. If I had to guess, I would say it plays during some kind of ride through or above a mountain village or something?

Toss up between a 5 and 6 but ended up giving a 6 since 5 felt too low.

Song itself is decent but feels like it would fit way better in a Western adventure style game and less so in a Final Fantasy game. Like if Red Dead Redemption came out during the 16 bit or 32/64 bit eras, this song would be a perfect fit for it.

I'd give it an 8. Very different from most of the game, but also very calming and soothing. I like it. Reminds me of Native American flute music, which I get is what it's modeled after.
