yeah...but if the specs are to be believed...those are pretty high for the trilogy.

It's just because they're doing the bits that will be graphically overhauled in Unreal Engine as opposed to R.A.G.E.

You'll be setting yourself up for disappointment if you expect any of the 3 games to look like GTA V.
