That was one of my thoughts too, that WWE thought that Zayn wasn't over/recognized enoughed to merit a one on one spot..... but that is their own fault for waiting for so long after the Rumble to bring him back.
He had storylines going on at NXT. Plus I just don't see what people see in the guy. He's yet another Neville. Nothing stands out about him to me.
