Madden supposedly was told by Flair that the show was canceled, but then later found out from Conrad that the show was continuing just without Madden involved. This lead to a twitter back and forth between Flair and Madden. Flair was being a bit cruel for seemingly no reason and Madden quipped back insulting Flair's alcoholism and depression.
I am highly suspicious that a good part of that is a work to promote the podcast now that he's working with Conrad
