Yep.Survivor Series '02, SummerSlam '03, New Year's Revolution '05 & '06, and No Way Out '08 & '09. I'm guessing since the last 2 I listed took place at a PPV in February, Vince decided giving it its own themed PPV in that month would be "best for business". And yes, I willfully ignored December to Dismember '06 because fuck that match.
