1) No Man's Sky is rumored to be facing some legal issues regarding the formula/algorithm used to generate in-game worlds. The creator of the game claimed its not a serious issue while the company who owns the patent claims it was used without their permission but at the moment are not looking to have the game delayed for legal reasons.

2) According to recent changes made to Xbox's Service Agreement, Microsoft will automatically deactivate Xbox gamertags if they are not used within a 5 year period and the new rule to take effect on September 15th. Only catch is Microsoft did not make it clear if everyone gets grandfathered into the new start date or if it will include time prior to September 15 for the official countdown.

3) New trailer for Injustice 2 revealed both Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle to be among the cast of fighters for the game.
