Random thought, why not have a stable consisting of Swagger, Axel, Sandow and Fandango?

Swagger can be the leader and chase the WWE Title. Axel and Sandow could be the Tag Team of the group and go after those titles and Fandango can chase the Intercontinental Title.

They could be some sort of new J.O.B. Squad, but better.
