1) Based on a retailer leak, Capcom is expected to be releasing a "Capcom Essentials" set for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on August 10. The set would include Devil May Cry 4, Dead Rising 2, Super Street Fighter IV, Resident Evil 6, and Mega Man 10.

2) According to the producer for Mortal Kombat Legacy, NetherRealm Studios is currently developing a new Mortal Kombat game and could tie into what occurs during the second season of Legacy.

3) Sony Online Entertainment states the next game in the Everquest series, Everquest Next, is expected to be revealed on August 2 as part of this year's SOE Live event.

Extra) Sony and Panasonic announce they are currently working on a new optical disc format which would hold 300 GB worth of data per disc and be Blu-Ray's successor. Based on current plans, this format is expected to be unveiled by late 2015.
