Because they can't use "Rollin'".

Two reasons for it.

1. They would have to pay royalties for using it on their DVD's.

2. Limp Bizkit didn't give the WWE permission to use it on their DVD's.

THQ had to reach an agreement with Limp Bizkit to use it.

The agreement was that Fred Durst would be a playable character.
