Weird that kurt is less over than anyone else in the match

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:33 PM

Mercy rule.

Orton/Shane vs Trips/Kurt/Finn/Braun

Wow.

soon to be an RKO OUTTA NOWHERE

Evil Vito 11-19-2017 11:34 PM

HHH/Angle at Mania is gonna be soooooo bad and such an unfortunate way to end Angle's career

owenbrown 11-19-2017 11:36 PM

Strowman still in this right?

Droford 11-19-2017 11:36 PM

I had Orton RKO'ing HHH to win as the sole survivor in Tipsters, this is looking good

slik 11-19-2017 11:36 PM

KO/Sami screwing over Team Blue lol

KIRA 11-19-2017 11:36 PM

I fucking hate Vince so much

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:36 PM

lol at Braun tagging in by patting Kurt on the head.

Emperor Smeat 11-19-2017 11:37 PM

Ouch at the thud from the chair shot Shane gave to Sami

Nice of Strowman to be finished with his mid-match nap.

Destor 11-19-2017 11:37 PM

Why is shane a top act...i dont get it

GD 11-19-2017 11:37 PM

lol this is so fucking weird.

Evil Vito 11-19-2017 11:37 PM

Glad to see a 47 year old non-wrestler is the last man standing for Team SmackDown. Way to put the actual roster over.

owenbrown 11-19-2017 11:38 PM

Shane-O-Mac in a 3 on 1 handicap?

Emperor Smeat 11-19-2017 11:38 PM

 at Shane being the last member of Team Smackdown.

Both the Women and Men's side of Team Smackdown had some really odd choices for elimination orders.

Destor 11-19-2017 11:38 PM

Can shane mcmahin beat two inactives and braun strowman?

slik 11-19-2017 11:38 PM

Braun Strowman is the MVP of this bout.

owenbrown 11-19-2017 11:38 PM

time for THE DEMON KANE to show up

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:39 PM

Shane could shoot the Raw team right now and Byron would be all "GOOD. DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO!"

Jesus.

RP 11-19-2017 11:39 PM

Undertaker is about to come back

Destor 11-19-2017 11:39 PM

WHATS THE POINT OF THIS

A.J.K 11-19-2017 11:39 PM

had HHH, Angle and Braun as sole survivors.

Destor 11-19-2017 11:39 PM

How does this do business for ANYONE

Evil Vito 11-19-2017 11:40 PM

The rest of the show was great but this just sucks.

Destor 11-19-2017 11:41 PM

...nepotism

Jordan 11-19-2017 11:41 PM

I really don't like Angle in the ring he shouldn't be there

KIRA 11-19-2017 11:41 PM

Wonder if they will do to Stroman What they did to Dolph after he was the lone survivor

completely ignore him

slik 11-19-2017 11:41 PM

This was great until it came down to Angle/Shane/HHH and Braun. 3 of those 4 should not be the final 4.

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:41 PM

Did Kurt blow out his singlet?

Evil Vito 11-19-2017 11:42 PM

McMahon family drama has been a focal point of WWE television for nearly 20 years. Unreal.

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:42 PM

Wat

GD 11-19-2017 11:43 PM

lol Hunter double crossed Angle

KIRA 11-19-2017 11:43 PM

AWW GODAMNIT WHY?

Destor 11-19-2017 11:43 PM

Ego booking at its worst

A.J.K 11-19-2017 11:43 PM

Welp. Angle/HHH @ mania.

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:44 PM

Jesus.

I know I said earlier that they should have ended the night on Brock/AJ, but with how wonky the booking of the 5 on 5 match was, they REALLY should have.

Emperor Smeat 11-19-2017 11:44 PM

Meh at them actually moving towards an Angle-HHH feud for Mania.

Last thing RAW needs is another Authority based or power struggle based angle going on.

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:44 PM

"A hush has fallen over the Toyota Center" because this is dumb as fuck.

owenbrown 11-19-2017 11:44 PM

KIRA 11-19-2017 11:45 PM

Lets get rid of all the guys in their 30s and in their prime GREAT IDEA

A.J.K 11-19-2017 11:45 PM

The look on Braun's face right now.

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:45 PM

Survivor Series was like every Jarrett era TNA PPV.

Russo-esque weird booking on a couple of matches, a few amazing, hot matches, and then a clusterfuck of a main event that's like M Night Shyamalan wrote it after having a stroke.

slik 11-19-2017 11:45 PM

If Braun beats the hell outta HHH right now I'll mark

Only guy who came off looking good in the main event was Braun both for the match itself and post-match stuff.

owenbrown 11-19-2017 11:47 PM

so much for the Jason Jordan heel turn

GD 11-19-2017 11:47 PM

The main event, while interesting, could’ve told a better story.

Guessing they do Braun/HHH at the Rumble to try to keep Braun out of the Rumble itself.

Ruien 11-19-2017 11:48 PM

BRAUN!!!!!

Triple A 11-19-2017 11:48 PM

Maim event was amazing. BRAUN with 3 eliminations. Hell ya. And fucked up HHH.

Dark One 11-19-2017 11:50 PM

Match of the weekend was a kickboxing vampire vs Prince's love child.

Let that sink in.

KIRA 11-19-2017 11:50 PM

Bruan is a saint

slik 11-19-2017 11:51 PM

I enjoyed Survivor Series a lot. Not sold on HHH/Angle being a great match -- but it will be booked to within an inch of their lives, like Goldberg/Lesnar, HHH/Sting and Vince/Hogan -- so I'm not worried.

It'll be like Bryan/Bray in 2014. They just never mention Braun as a potential Rumble winner at all because he's too busy booked elsewhere on the card against SUPER ICONIC LEGENDSTAR TRIPLE H!

Ruien 11-19-2017 11:52 PM

Why is everyone hating on the main event? Shit was entertaining. BRAUN smash.

I am fine with this is Braun gets the win over HHH. Otherwise we will just get a Reigns beating Braun to seal the victory for the rumble and fuck that.

Give me Braun vs HHH at WM plz

Maybe we get lucky and they have cooled off on Roman as the face of the company and are going to push Braun instead for the time being. That's what I hope comes out of this, anyways.

Thats the first PPV I have paid for and watched cover to cover in years. I enjoyed it all immensely until the main event.

I enjoyed the womens matches, I didnt tune out at Corban vs. Miz which is a miracle as both make me want to change the channel and once I realized AJ was getting some offense in I enjoyed the hell out of that match.

My two issues with it were.

1. AJ Could have won. It wouldn't have hurt Brock at all to lose on some kind of uber fluke from a crazy Styles spot. Frame it as a "can you believe AJ actually pulled that shit off?". Maybe, just maybe push AJ onto another level and either line up a cross brand rematch later or keep the two apart and drive any story you want. AJ is ducking Brock, Brock is worried by AJ, or just go full WWE and ignore it ever happened.

2. All dreams aside they should have put the SS Match up second last and finish with AJ vs. Brock. Have your general clusterfuck of an ending that made no sense to the SS match and go into AJ vs. Brock with people daring to believe on some of those pinfalls for AJ and Smackdown finding a little redemption in a galant defeat. Smackdown came off as the chump show in that main event.

I really quite enjoyed the show but I had dared to hope the days of HHH/Mc Mahon ego booking were done and I was wrong. the good news was as a guy who doesnt watch much Raw or SD anymore I saw enough goods guys to be interested in the future of wrestling. I just dont know how much they can truly star while we trot out a wasted away looking Angle, a pudgy HHH and Shane O Mac as the headliners with Braun Stauman playing the lost child on the roadside to it all.

Sepholio 11-20-2017 12:23 AM

2 weeks ago I would have told you Brock vs AJ was impossible.

WWE is throwing a lot of curveballs ever since the illness spree last month. And I can't say I don't like the vast majority of them more than the typical booking thus far. Everything was basically paint by numbers and easy to predict, now there is an aspect of uncertainty to it that I feel was missing. Heel HHH is probably about to put face Braun over....did anyone see that coming before tonight? HHH putting anyone over is saying something because HHH.

Lock Jaw 11-20-2017 12:24 AM

Hi Triple A, it's me Lock Jaw. Don't worry, I'm here.

Thought it was a good show overall. Weak points were the main event and the five on five women's match. Every other match was very good I think, and I have to mull over what I would choose as match of the night.......

Vince basically telling him to fuck off probably didn't help.

I remember thinking it was a good match. Granted their match at the next PPV was better, but still.

Not sure what Vince was looking for.

I am a massive Angle fan but if he never sets foot in a ring to wrestle again I will be happy. He looked extremely weak and well off the pace even with his limited spots.

I do remember thinking during his triple German Suplex spot that my expectations were probably to high.

Probably would just delay Reigns-Lesnar to SummerSlam or possibly Mania 35 if they are still that desperate for a Lesnar rub to Reigns. They don't really have anyone left besides Cena who could give the coronation rub WWE needs for Reigns so that's probably the match for Mania 34.

Lesnar would need to drop the belt in the mean time and the choices are probably Balor (still owed a title rematch and proper reign), Strowman (finally pull the trigger on his big star status), or Cena (WWE will easily come up with a half-assed reason for Cena to be Universal champ).
