Remember when The Shield debuted and no one knew who Roman Reigns was, or if he was any good? Most of us had long heard of the "reps" of the other two guys.

I saw him on NXT. Looked impressive, but was terrible on the mic.

I definitely think he needs Paul Heyman on the mic building him up when he breaks away from The Shield. Assuming he stays a heel.
