I hear a lot of good things about Dax Harwood, but I just don’t see it. He’s a little “boring” isn’t he? If being an ol’ timey wrestler worked, why did the NWA go out of business and the WWF need to change? Why did Smoky Mountain fail? I don’t think classic wrestling is the way forward. Get with it and learn how to be exciting like modern talent that get so over wifi the smarter fans today that don’t think it’s real.

Merry Christmas. Didn't get on here Saturday, obviously, but I *thought* about it. Should count for something, right? Besides, it isn't like you guys put up a tree or anything, so the next night is just as well.

Besides, I guess to the international folk, it would still technically be Boxing Day here, and it would have been the day a lot of traditional churches celebrated "Christ's Mass", so yeah. Merry Chrstmas or whatever to all who give any shred of a fuck that I'm wishing it. Hope it was at least any degrees away from suck for you all.

I get the producers/agents are good for helping lay out matches, providing good insight and experience, but if today's pros cannot lay out a match themselves with no producer help, that is incredibly embarrassing.

Yep. Basically doing the NFL approach of burying their heads in the sand.

Omicron's transmissibility is getting to the point where it's a near-lock that an entire locker room would get infected even though the vast majority of people will have little to no symptoms, especially the vaccinated.

So it's either shut it all down for two weeks or press on, and just about every sports/entertainment medium is gonna opt for the latter.

Maybe it’s just me, but if I ran a business and my only full time money maker was an at risk cancer survivor who already gave up a world title win in the main event of Wrestlemania to keep himself safe from COVID and I also had COVID actively running through my roster, I would probably keep testing for COVID.

Apparently if anyone within camera view gets up and leaves to piss, get food etc, the seat filler has to run in and sit in their seat until they return because they want camera side to look full at all times.

I heard someone talking about the WWE setting up a permanent venue in Florida and running weekly from there to cut travel costs. It’s actually a no-brainer the more I think of it. Being the travelling circus worked when you were trying to expand and whatnot, but there’s something to having the cultural status to make people come to you.
